Currently, Ajay is working as an Analytics Manager at Blinkit (formerly Grofers), where he is leading analytics for two major functions and managing a team of 14+ people. He works closely with stakeholders in deciding the business strategy, setting up function goals, defining roadmaps, and leading data initiatives for building relevant data capabilities to solve business needs. Ajay's expertise lies in statistical modeling, cutting-edge tools, and technologies used in Analytics. He has hands-on experience in SQL, Search, test, Python, and Backend. Prior to joining Blinkit, Ajay worked as an Analytics Manager at Shuttl, where he led supply analytics and was responsible for improving vehicle utilization, minimizing absenteeism and churn, and improving enterprise margin. He also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at PharmEasy, where he led product analytics and was responsible for driving customer retention. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Dayananda Sagar University. He also participated in Debate and Quiz Competitions and was a top performer in academics during his high school years at St. Xavier's High School, Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
